Sign-in troubleshooting

"I clicked the link but the app didn't recognize me." Return to the app window and wait a few seconds — it polls for the completed sign-in. If it times out, click Sign in again to start a fresh handoff.

"My sign-in code expired." The sign-in link is short-lived for security. Just click Sign in again to get a new one.

"I'm signed in on the web but the app won't connect." Make sure you finished the sign-in in the browser window the app opened (not a different browser), then click Sign in in the app once more.

Switching machines. You can sign in on another computer the same way; your plan follows your account. Your projects live on each machine locally.

If sign-in still won't complete, contact support and we'll help — this can occasionally be a server-side setup issue on our end, not anything you did.
