Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellation. Cancel anytime, in two clicks, from the billing portal (Settings → Manage billing). No phone call, no email, no retention maze. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops — we don't bill again. We don't prorate partial periods (you keep the access you've paid for), and there's no cancellation fee.

Free trial. The 7-day trial is card-required. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged — the billing portal shows your trial end date. We aim to make the trial long enough to get a real cut out of your footage.

Refunds. If something went wrong — a charge you didn't expect, a failure on our side, or a renewal you meant to cancel — email us and we'll make it right. Refunds are reviewed case by case rather than auto-granted, and we respond within one business day (Monday–Friday). We'd rather fix the underlying problem than have you leave.

If you'd like a refund, the fastest path is to contact support with your account email and a short note on what happened; a person reviews every request.
