How to cancel

Cancelling takes two clicks and no conversation:

1. In FirstPass, open Settings (the ⚙ in the top-right) and click Manage billing — or use the "Manage billing" button in the account row at the top of the app.
2. In the Stripe billing portal that opens, choose Cancel plan and confirm.

That's it. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops — you won't be billed again. There's no cancellation fee, and you keep access to everything you've paid for until the period ends.

If you're on the free trial, cancelling before the trial end date means you are never charged. The portal shows your trial end date.

Changed your mind or hit a snag? You can re-subscribe anytime from the same screen, and your local projects and footage are never touched by billing changes — they stay on your machine.
