FFmpeg

FirstPass uses FFmpeg for video processing. On the packaged app (Mac and Windows) FFmpeg ships inside the app — there's nothing to install.

If you're running a developer/internal build from source and see an "ffmpeg isn't installed or isn't on your PATH" message, install FFmpeg for your OS (e.g. brew install ffmpeg on macOS) and relaunch. The packaged app never needs this.
