Contacting support

You can ask the in-app help panel anything — it answers most questions instantly and, for anything it can't resolve (refunds, billing disputes, account changes, or a bug it doesn't recognize), it passes your question to the team with your account context and gives you a ticket number.

When you're escalated to a person, you'll hear back within one business day (Monday–Friday). No one is ever stuck in a loop with the bot — there's always a human on the other end.

Nothing about your video is ever shared when you contact support — only your account details and what you type.
